DROP DEAD
Drop Dead is the name of the 'zine Ry and I have decided to make by next Wednesday. Yes, it's going to be a fast one for sure, but who said fast means bad? 16 copies will be made (no reprints allowed) on half legal size pages. $1 each, maybe $2. Since we decided to do this when we talked on the phone tonight, the theme of the project is "just do it!" Like Nike.I sent a message to Jovovich-Hawk on myspace. "i think you guys are great. but was wondering, do you hate fat people?" they actually replied to me and said, "No! why would you think that?! do you hate fat people?" I had to ask seeing as how both milla and this carmen hawk chick are super skinny (more so the hawk) with an unnecessary amount of pictures of various thin women. so i wrote back and just said, "no i'm a people lover as well. you have great pictures. what is the one of mi vida loca? it's amazing! xo" hawk then told me, "its a great film by Alison Anders! Thank you! Why may i ask you did you ask us that question? Do you think your a fat person? I think your Stunning. I hope you can see how beautiful you are! xo c" Pretty great that this former model just fed me a line of..not coke, but bullshit, trying to instill confidence in me because she really must think i'm meat-normous!
